After super hung Chris Champion moved to the big city, he dreamed about finding a place near the beach. Lucky for Chris, sexy blond Cutter West had to spend the summer in Hawaii so he sub-lets his condo to Cort Stevens & Chris. The two build up excitement for the neightbors and landlord when they catch a glimpse of the hot new tennants.
