Brad Benton leads a ring of car thieves. Undercover cop Lee Carington aims to bust the operation with the aid of an informant, deceptively waifish Trayce Cannon, who works for Benton.

The plot hinges on a sting involving an old Rolls Royce being rehabbed with stolen auto parts.
