Beware of sequels -- they can be hazardous to your dick! This series, which began with the classic Al Parker-Dick Fisk-Casey Donovan 1970s escapade, follows the formula to the max. You know, young man wanders around Aspen, looks in windows, sees sex, and joins in eventually. Virtually every sequel has had a duo followed by a three-way, followed by an orgy, then a finale with the young wanderer. This one doesn't skip a beat, and there are some wonderful performances in a couple of scenes from newcomers that point out star potential.

In this sequel the wanderer is newcomer Jimmy McGuire, what you would absolutely get if you cloned Matt Damon with porn star Carl Eric: sandy blond, luscious body, hot bubble ass, and one of the biggest, thickest prongs you'll ever see on a man his size. We see him in his uncle's storeroom, getting ready for his first day on the job, which will include reorganizing the inventory on the shelves.

His uncle walks in, and this is one of the great surprises of this flick: It's Mike Flynn, who starred as a gorgeous, preppy California surfer type in pre-condom flicks (most notably in a classic outdoor three-way in the Falcon compilation "Johnny Harden & The Champs," FVP002). Flynn has matured into a hot hunk of a daddy, and even though his appearance is brief, gruff, and non-sexual, one glance at that man's crotch convinced me he may have had young McGuire lusting after his zipper off-stage. Flynn tells Jimmy to get moving, and to keep his hands off his personal stuff. Yeah, right! First thing the kid does when his uncle leaves is open his personal album, and there before us are photos of the first Aspen stars, and one of Flynn as well.

To get the action moving, in walks the ultra, ultra twinkie Timmy Thomas, who can only be described as a cherub without wings. With the face of an angel, the body of a gymnast, and the butt of a soccer ball, he still gives off a devilish air -- you know he can't wait to get into Jimmy's pants, but we have a narrative, first, fellas, so here it goes. Jimmy tells Timmy about his own trip to Aspen, and we are on Flashback Mountain.

First window he looks into has a duo on the couch, the smooth, angular Eric Leneau, and the massive, exotic Matthew Rush. In a scene reminiscent of the one in "Aspen IV" with the tradey Ken Ryker and cock-o-phile Jake Andrews, it starts out as a session in which Eric worships Matthew's humongous cock, luscious abs and spectacular pecs, then proceeds to slurp and munch and lick his tight hole. This is an extended oral masterpiece, which is followed by Matthew's much shorter gobble session of Eric's equally impressive fuel pump. Matthew then pumps Eric's hole, doggy-style and in a sit-fuck, before they both explode in gobs. Down and dirty, let's do it man, and then wash up. Nice prelude.

The next scene is one of the hottest three-ways of the year. Jimmy peeks into another room to find the hunky Alex Martinez getting it on with newcomers Brad Benton (a college type with a preppy look) and Joe Foster (who could pass for a Czech superstar or U.S. Marine). This is a most unusual scene in that Joe, who appears to be the manipulator here, never touches cock with his mouth. It's frustrating situation in some respects, but doesn't detract from the overall heat that is really turned up by Brad. There is copious kissing, and lots of cocksucking by both Alex and Brad -- they double-service Joe's cock, and Brad takes both Alex and Joe. But it heats up several notches when Joe and Alex make a sandwich out of Brad. The first insertion of Joe's thick pump into Brad's gaping hole is nicely filmed with excellent audio as well (the natural slurps, kisses, grunts and howls in this video move it up considerably). The poundings which Joe and Alex give Brad are equally impressive, and Brad emerges as an uncompromising sexual athlete in this scene, which culminates in three very sustained cum-shots. But it's Joe Foster who steals your eye, and you are rewarded in the next scene.

Jimmy stumbles upon an orgy, 15 men of assorted size, shape and predilections, cramped in a space between two couches. There isn't much room, but what there is serves every one of these men very well. Indeed, for what they're good at -- pure, unadulterated sex. Jimmy watches through the window as things unfold before him. It's difficult to describe what happens, other than to point out some particular pigs to watch, and some highlights. Joe Foster is back, this time with an insatiable taste for cock, focusing at first on the darkly beautiful Leo Bramm, whose fresh, TV-commercial-model good looks belie a serious need to service other men. He and the established star Jackson Price welcome Jimmy to the group before Leo goes off to eat a wide variety of cocks and, eventually, have his ass filled by the Nordic god-like Trey Rexx (who offers up his own butt to Leo in return, in a brief vignette). Indeed, Trey is an older, taller replica of Jimmy McGuire, and this is forcefully brought home in a shot with them side-by-side, quite a mirror image.

There are moans and groans and cravings from the likes of lion-maned, versatile blond Anthony Shaw; the shirt-clad jock Matt Majors, and ex-Marine Brett Wilde (whom you can spot by the sunburst tattoo on his abs), as well as overall piglet Lindon Hawk and newcomer Brandon Lynx, who appears capable of doing anything to anybody at the drop of a zipper. Also impressive is the diminutive power-pack Vince DiTonno, who is all over cock like a hummingbird on honeysuckle, and who literally stops the action when Jimmy plugs him missionary on the couch -- his panting squeals actually turn everyone's head to the action as the two of them plug away.

Centerpiece is the mega-hung tattooed superstar Chad Hunt, who is object-d'-affection on the settee in the middle of the room, having his redwood serviced by a variety of hot men, and eventually having the inestimably efficient Michel Mattel sit right down on it and pump away through half the action. Through it all, the camera never ceases to find Jimmy McGuire, who fucks a number of butts, but remains one of a handful who does not offer up his butt. No matter, this tightly-edited, hunk-filled scene will have you hitting the rewind and pause buttons with one hand, and wildly flailing away with the other.

After the orgy, we visit another room, this one with Jackson Price waiting to take on yuppie Aaron Osborn and monster-cocked Chad Hunt. This is a Chad Hunt oral-and-anal extravaganza in which the elephant-hung hottie gets serviced by the other two, and then takes his pleasure out on Jackson's hole -- first with his own monster tool, then with a foot-long (and what looks to be foot-thick) dildo, and then with a gloved fist which travels way up Jackson's butt. Indeed, it is such a fisting that I was half-expecting Chad's wrist to work its way out of Jackson's throat to grab Aaron's cock, which is being simultaneously serviced by Jackson's oral cavity. Phew!

Finally, Jimmy's tales having being completed, Timmy decides that he wants to share a similar experience with his pal, and the two head to the bedroom. This is a perfunctory scene which is effectively diminished in heat and effectiveness by the previous action, and the fact that except for tons of kissing and licking, Jimmy remains trade throughout -- no sucking, just offering up his body and cock to his nubbin companion before taking the cherubic butt in hand and filling it with his ample pole. It's a sweet, almost cute ending to a video that has very little romance, but an extreme amount of heated man-fuck passion, throughout.

"The Other Side of Aspen V" is notable for several things, not the least of which two outstanding scenes -- the three-way and the orgy. But we may ultimately remember it for the debut of Jimmy McGuire, Timmy Thomas and the exceptionally promising appearances of Brad Benton, Joe Foster, Vince DiTonno and Leo Bramm. In a video that runs the risk of being formulaic, they contribute enough kindling to spark quite a flame in the fireplace.
