Rodney Borzio is an important person in the real estate world. His grandson Luke is tired of his life of money and luxury and wants to do something different.

He decides to establish a Palace of Fine Arts playing sex games just like in ancient Greece. In order to achieve this, he has to lead a senator into sexual corruption. He succeeds, which turns him into a patron of young horny talents.
