First, Officer Makos Servano penalizes scofflaw Dean Randolph for illicitly "watering" the plants in the park with a mutual blow job to climax! Next, J.J. Tucker wiggles out of an imaginary speeding ticket by bottoming for his "cop" friend Paul Johnson.

Then, cigar smoking cop Brian Holiday gives perpetrator Tony Hyde the choice between being hauled in for his infraction or serving his sentence then and there. The pass works and Tony tops the crooked cop. Finally, utility meter reader Christopher Michael entices Officer Rob Nichols to top him during a lull in crime!
