Chain of Command (DVD) Unzipped Video

"Chain of Command" is an energetic military-themed barnburner from performer-turned-director Doug Jeffries. It's a love story of sorts set in what is supposed to be an R.O.T.C. encampment. Protagonist Owen Hawk, his pixie face and hot tight body itching for the seemingly unreachable redhead soldier boy Tim Rusty, quits his dead-end job in a diner and joins the force. After that, it's just a matter of who's in the room and who's hot to trot for the story to unfold.
